Complex Hypnotism (Psionic) Enchantment

Whenever you're interacting with one or more creatures that don't know you, those creatures must make a difficulty 20 Determination save. On a failed save, the creature immediately forgets all information about you and their Relationship to you is reset to zero.

Components

You must cast each component in order. All must be successful in order to complete the enchantment. If any step fails, the energy and materials consumed by that step and all previous steps are lost and the enchantment has no effect. You do not need to know all components to cast this enchantment, but you must know them in order to inscribe other enchantments using them.

Additional Rules

A creature knows you if they have a non-zero relationship to you (positive or negative.)

Creatures and NPCs that already know you prior to the start of interaction are not affected by this enchantment.

Affected creatures still remember the interaction itself and any information they received from it, but don't remember meeting you or any information about you or your appearance.
