Tie

Make a Dexterity check. The difficulty is set by the GM depending on the type of knot (whether or (k)not it's anchored to another object) and environmental conditions.

Success:	You tie a knot that holds up to half the material's breaking strength.
Critical Success:	You tie a knot that will hold up to the full breaking strength of the material used.
Failure:	You tie a knot, but it will only hold up to 1/10 the material's breaking strength.
Critical Failure:	You're unable to tie a knot.
