Flash Torch

Item

One of the brightest available, this heavy-duty flashlight can illuminate its target in bright light up to 100 feet, and dim light up to 500 feet. It can be recharged at any time your cell phone can, and will run for up to 2 hours on a full charge.

During combat, you may shine the flash torch in an enemy's eyes at a distance of 20 feet or less to temporarily blind them. If successful, the target gets -2 to hit for one round.
