Rifle Scope

Item

An adjustable magnifying scope designed for use on rifles. It enables the shooter to hit targets at considerable distance.

When attached, you choose whether or not to use the scope. While using it, you gain a +3 item bonus to Attack checks against targets outside of the weapon's effective range, but a -3 item penalty to hit targets inside the effective range.
