Ætherium

Item

The pure form of ætherium, the mysterious mineral that acts as a power source for magical artifacts and alchemical solutions. It appears as a fine white powder which emits a faint violet light when viewed in darkness. Disturbing it causes part of the dust to evaporate into the air, producing thin wisps of purple smoke and sparks.

Ingesting pure Aetherium is not recommended. Doing so causes a creature to gain 10 temporary energy and Spellsickness 10 for one hour per gram of aetherium.
