Handcuffs

Item

A pair of handcuffs with a basic three-pin lock and one key. To bind a target, you must be Grappling them. Creatures bound by handcuffs take a -4 penalty to any action requiring the use of a hand, and automatically fail any action requiring the use of both hands independently.

The bound creature may break the handcuffs with a successful DC 20 Strength check, or may slip out of them with a successful DC 20 Sleight of Hand check if its Size is -3 or smaller.
