Alchemy Recipes

An alchemy recipe is a list of ingredients an alchemist memorizes to produce potions. Learning alchemy recipes is a primary focus of the Sage, but other classes can dabble in alchemy as well.

Recipes can be learned from Recipe Sheets found in ancient texts, or can be taught by other alchemists. Unlike a spell script, no meditation is required to learn an alchemy recipe from a sheet; however, the recipe might still be written in another language that requires translation or knowledge of the language to read.

Knowing a potion's recipe allows an alchemist to brew batches of the potion trivially (without making a skill check). If the maker uses an Alchemist's Pouch, it may be able to supply ingredients for known potion recipes.

List of Recipes

See the Potions section for a list of potions by level. Each potion includes a recipe.

Standard Recipes

At the Basic, Apprentice, and Intermediate levels, alchemists learn a standard set of potions.

Standard Intermediate Recipes

There are no Standard recipes for Advanced and higher alchemy levels. Alchemists who reach these levels choose their own path for their studies.
