List of Spell Types
A channeled spell is a type of spell that requires the caster to spend a short period of time channeling their energy to manifest a powerful effect.
Beginning to cast a channeled spell is an action that takes three frames. When you start channeling spell, your turn ends. You must prepare the spell until the beginning of your next turn. Treat this as a readied action that resolves when your next turn begins - the spell's effects occur as a zero-frame action when it's finished charging. If the spell requires a skill check, you don't roll it until the spell is ready to cast.
