Ability Score Improvement

At level 3 and every third level after that, increase one of your ability scores by 2, or two different scores by 1 each. You can't increase an ability score beyond 20 using this bonus until overall level 15, and never beyond 30. Whenever you increase an ability score, refer to your race table and update any stats that use the scores you increased.

Brains vs. Brawn

At level 1, choose Brains or Brawn. Every other time this benefit appears, you must choose the opposite option from the last time. (If you chose Brawn at level 1, then you must choose Brains at level 4, then Brawn again at level 7, and so on.)

When you choose Brains, you may either gain an additional Knowledge of your choice, or increase one of your existing Knowledge skills by 1, but not to higher than 5. Don't forget that Knowledges can also be improved by the Skill Improvement general feat.

When you choose Brawn, pick one of the following combat-related stats to add a +1 bonus to.

Natural Skill Improvement

At levels 2, 11, 17, 23, and 28, increase the Bonus for each of your natural skills by 1.

Specialty Improvement

At levels 5, 14, and 25, increase one of your Specialties' skill levels by 1, but no higher than 3.

Don't forget, you can also improve specialties using the Skill Improvement general feat.

Extra Natural Skill

At levels 8 and 22, choose any one additional skill to become a Natural at.

Extra Specialty

At levels 10 and 20, choose any specialty to add to your character with a starting value of 1.
