"The Tyrant"

A lawful evil character uses a rigid code of law as a means to control others and gain or hold power over them. Their desire for order comes solely from a desire for power and control, they have little to no empathy for others. They view anyone who stands up to them as disrupting order, and may brand them as criminals or outcasts to justify harming them.

Alignment Effects

Lawful Evil NPCs may have the following social modifiers. These rules apply only to NPCs.

• -4 to contest requests that align with their system of beliefs
• +2 to contest requests for help
• +4 to contest requests that go against their system of beliefs
