As you practice and hone your magic powers, your body becomes more able to tolerate stronger magic. Your Magic Tolerance is the level of effects from enchantments your body can tolerate. If you exceed this amount, you suffer Spellsickness.
A creature's Magic Tolerance is equal to their overall level, or 5 if the overall level is less than 5.
A creature suffers Spellsickness when the combined total level of all enchantments affecting it directly exceeds its Magic Tolerance. Enchantments that count toward this value include those on worn items that affect you as a result of wearing them, plus amy hexes or curses cast on you directly, but not enchantments on non-wearable items like weapons or held objects.
