Physical Magic

Physical Magic deals with the manipulation of matter, energy, and the physical world. It requires careful precision to master. Its skill check modifier is your caster level plus your Dexterity modifier.

This form of magic has many practical uses, making it very popular among students. Within Torchlight it is the most commonly known form of magic, with even low-level staff allowed to learn its basics. It also encompasses some lesser-known healing and combative spells.

There are three schools of Physical magic:

• Transmutation
• Conjuration
