"The Terrorist"

The rebel evil character is sadistic and unforgiving. They take pleasure in stirring up confusion and fear, and seeing the structures of society collapse as a result. They usually don't care about power or wealth, and may be retaliating against past misdeeds.

Alignment Effects

Rebel Evil NPCs may have the following social modifiers. These rules apply only to NPCs.

• -1 to contest requests that align with their way of life
• +2 to contest requests for help
• +1 to contest requests that go against their way of life
