The rebel neutral character has no patience for or trust in authority. They dislike structure and being told what to do, so they often distance themselves from groups and don't form lasting relationships.

Alignment Effects

Rebel Neutral NPCs may have the following social modifiers. These rules apply only to NPCs.

• -1 to contest requests that align with their way of life
• +1 to contest requests that go against their way of life
