A creature's Size is a modifier that describes the amount of space it occupies. Larger creatures are typically easier to hit, but harder to inflict heavy damage on. Conversely, smaller creatures are typically more affected by attacks, but are harder to hit due to being smaller targets.

Your size modifier is a function of both your height and weight. When creating a character, your size modifier is 0 by default. You may use the Height and Weight Backgrounds to adjust your size by as many as 4 points in either direction, but note that extreme sizes include additional benefits and penalties.
During a campaign, you may purchase the Working Out feat to further adjust your size. A human character's base size modifier cannot be lower than -5 or greater than +5 without the use of additional size-altering effects.
