Summarized List: Weather

Snow reduces visibility and dampens sound. It occurs whenever there would be rain in Cold 2 or lower temperatures.

In snow, visibility is reduced to a maximum of 50 feet in any direction. You take a -3 penalty to Perception checks using your sight, and you can't use your Hearing (Perception) specialty on Perception checks, due to the snow's sound-dampening effects.
